Perhaps out of time at some points but i like acoustic music and this is it :). Ive rated the song 8/10 and voted 4 but the sound quality is terrible. I had the same problem for ages. You using audacity and a crappy microphone? Oh well, try EQing it. Keep up the good work :)

and a crappy headset mic. But Im really trying to get something better, however
I'm not rich, seriously... I can barely afford this headset mic, which I bought sometime
ago. However when I do get around to savin up money I will probaby try and get a direct
connection for my computer and a better mic.

Hey cool cover :).

Shame there wasnt any vocals, but Plain White T's are a good band and you did them justice with this cover :) Good guitar playing, perhaps a little fast but it is a cover and you added your own twist to it. I enjoyed it :) Keep it up.

Its really simple but i like it.

Yeah i voted 5 and raised the score :). I like it. Its simple and down to basics, unlike some of the submissions on the portal trying to be complex. Its got a memorable melody (does that make sense) which sticks in your head as well.

Love it.

Absolutely excellent. Couldnt have done it better. Spot on recording and mixed. The percussion works well. Its not actually that repititive either, which i was expecting (from the last review). Great job and great guitaring.

Feel free to check out my contry submission "Everything Has Gone" but obviously dont feel obliged.

I love this song... and thats a huge compliment considering i really dont like the genre. It works really well --
the way you build up to it nearly made me cum.
I just feel like its excellently composed. It would be repetitive if it wasnt for all of the layers

Im really glad you reviewed me audio, or i wouldnt have been able to listen to this. And i love it. Its great. I love the guitar work and the sort-of echo effect (or whatever you've used- it sounds awesome).

Also,is this seriously live? Cause thats amazing if it is. I like your voice. You certainly stretch it to the limits at some point in the song, but you don't go too far.

Overall, i think this is a very emotional song, which deserves alot more attention. I fivened it.

My one criticism: Although i tend to whore chord strumming to death, i thought that a bit of strumming might have done nice in this piece. As ive said, the guitar work is excellent, but it would have been nice for a bit of alternation. Perhaps not, to be honest i dont really know what im talking about (i just wanted to criticise it ONE way).

This is definitely more than "worthy" of her memory, and not only that, but its a fantastic track.

The echo is actually due to this show being held inside a concrete basement.
I tried to filter it out a bit, but it was damn near impossible to do, without ruining the whole sound.

So yes, that should also answer your other question.
This was indeed live.

A few chord strums might have been a good idea (or any other alternation really), but I just didn't think about it, to be honest. =\
